Vegan Miam is a vegan food and travel blog personally run by Rika and Doni. We check all of our emails ourselves and do our best to respond to your inquiries. Due to our travel schedule and the volume of inquiries we receive, we are occasionally unable to respond as quickly as we might like.

For inquiries pertaining to media opportunities e.g. product reviews, recipe development, image licensing, etc; please visit our Media/PR page.

Use the Contact Form below or email us for all general inquiries e.g. recipe questions, site issues, permission to use our images or recipes, travel questions, etc.

Please note that we do not accept unsolicited guest posts that link to your own product, service, or business within the post content itself. All guest writers have been personally invited to submit content for the blog.

However if you would like to contribute a post about vegan eats in a particular city and take fabulous travel/food photos, drop us an email if you would like to be featured.

May I post Vegan Miam recipe & photos on my Web site?

Please understand that it takes hours to post, edit photos and create content for a blog.

It’s okay to post an image from Vegan Miam with logo and direct link to the original post and/or recipe (directing your readers to the original recipe on veganmiam.com).  Altering an image is an unacceptable practice of reproduction or use, e.g. removing the logo/watermark.  If you would like to reproduce anything more than an image, contact Rika at hello@veganmiam.com.

Recipes that belong to Vegan Miam or the cookbook author cannot be duplicated on social networks or any other pages unless with a written permission by Vegan Miam, the cookbook author and/or the cookbook’s Publisher.

If you edited the recipe to make it your own, that is perfectly fine, but include the credit to Vegan Miam (http://www.veganmiam.com).
