We are hosting a fabulous giveaway on the vegan miam blog. We are giving away a dozen Parmela, Parmesan Style Aged Nut Cheese (vegan and gluten-free). This Parmela Giveaway is open to residents of the United States only. One winner will be chosen by random from the rafflecopter by Thursday, August 1st. Laurice Do and Ryan Salomone created a gourmet Parmesan cheese replacer that tastes like authentic cheese taste: Parmela. It is cholesterol-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan. Parmela contains all-natural ingredients including blanched almonds, cashews, nutritional yeast flakes, soybeans, salt, tamari (water, soybeans, salt) and vegan lactic acid. • Contest is open to residents of US Residents only (I’m sorry, international readers! I may host one in Europe soon!)

• The winner will be drawn randomly by using a Rafflecopter (www.rafflecopter.com).

• Winner will receive one dozen Parmela Parmesan cheese cups.

• Winner will be contacted by e-mail and social media and must respond within 24 hours or prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

    I think pesto would be at the top of my list. There’s also a skillet dinner I make with gnocchi, chard, white beans & tomatoes that originally was topped with cheese. Since going vegan I enjoy the meal without cheese, but I think it would be tasty with Parmela. Thanks for such an awesome giveaway!

    I would love to try the Alfredo! I haven’t had it for so long because it has SO much dairy, and I am lactose intolerant, so this would be WONDERFUL!!!
