I would like to share some vegan sushi rolls that we made in July 2012 (Doni’s father rolled the sushi). It is always fun to experiment different fillings such as sour cherry jam, fried panko, panko-crusted tofu strips, tempura tofu strips, shiitake mushrooms, pickled carrots and plenty of hearty vegetables as well as some sauces such as the Taiwanese “red sauce.”
