Vegan Cheesy Stir-Fry Curls Burger
I had the opportunity to try Galaxy Nutritional Foods‘ VEGAN Mozzarella-style shreds. These vegan shreds are great on anything from sandwiches to pasta. They provide the extra creaminess and lovely consistency. I had to finish the rest of the Butler Soy Curls, which I eat only once a year due to sensitivity to soy products.

INGREDIENTS
vegan onion burger buns. bake them for 2-3 minutes to dry them out.
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup thinly sliced green peppers
1 cup thinly sliced sweet onions
2 big carrots, thinly grated
2 tablespoons of vegetable bouillon
2 cup of hot water
1 cup of Butler Soy Curls
salt & white pepper
chopped cilantro for garnish.
PREPARATION
Soak the dehydrated soy curls in a bowl of hot water and vegetable bouillon for about 30 minutes until they get big. Saute minced garlic until you smell the garlic fragrance, add the soy curls in. Make sure the soy curls are a bit brown. Add green peppers and sweet onions. Season with salt and white pepper. Place the soy curls + veggies filling on each bun. Bake the vegan onion burger buns for 2-3 minutes in the oven to dry them out at about 350 degrees F. Sprinkle Galaxy Nutritional Foods’ vegan Mozzarella-style shreds on the top, then broil altogether in the oven at 350 degrees F, until they look melted. Enjoy!
