Fusilli with Victoria Vegan White Bean Marinara and Crushed Red Peppers

This quick pasta recipe involves 25 oz. Victoria Vegan’s White Bean Marinara Sauce and crushed red peppers from Simply Organic via Amazon.com. I used DeLallo Organic Fusilli, you can use gluten-free pasta to make it exclusively gluten-free dish. Victoria Vegan pasta sauces are certified vegan, Non-GMO Project verified and gluten-free.

method for this dish

Cook 16 oz. of fusilli in boiling salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), stirring occasionally. Drain fusilli well and transfer to a large pot. Toss with a jar of Victoria Vegan’s White Bean Marinara and cook for 8-10 minutes at low-medium heat. Garnish with 1/2 tablespoon of crushed red peppers. Add more crushed red peppers if you like more heat.

Serve sprinkled with vegan Parmesan cheese (i.e., Parmela) and fresh herbs if you like.

That dish was super tasty!
