Product Review: So Delicious® Dairy Free Ice Creams
What a gorgeous, sunny summer in Oregon! Think beyond the cone and try these refreshingly different frozen desserts by So Delicious® Dairy Free! There are two sorts of dairy-free milk-based ice cream: Almond Milk and Coconut Milk ice creams, not just “Soy Milk” ice creams.
I will be reviewing four So Delicious® Dairy Free frozen desserts:

Minis Mocha Almond Fudge Bars comes in four almond milk dairy-free frozen dessert bars. What a cute miniature-sized bar, but the filling was enough for one person! They are so deliciously decadent! I could taste a blend of chocolate, coffee and a nutty sweetness including the deliciously yummy and yet sinfully gooey fudge in the centre. There was a a crisp chocolate crust on the outside with almonds, that provides a crunchy texture.

Cookie Dough (Gluten Free) is a gluten-free Coconut Milk Dairy-Free Frozen Dessert, but contains soy. When I was a kid, I would go for the gooey cookie dough batter in ice creams. As I became a vegan in 2006, I did not know any vegan ice creams that use cookie dough. Now I finally discovered my perfect vegan cookie dough ice cream. The cookie dough batter was perfectly soft, crumbly and yummy with gobs of chocolate chips. I also liked the chocolate flakes, which provide a bit of chocolate flavour to the cookie dough ice cream. Yes, we bought loads of them for our freezer and we are talking about a TOP favourite in the house, thanks, Gail, you made our freezer happy with So Delicious’ GF Cookie Dough Ice Cream!

★ So Delicious’ GF Cookie Dough Ice Cream with Cinnamon Swirl Toast
Minis Banana Split Sandwiches is one of the So Delicious’ Coconut Milk Dairy-Free Frozen Desserts. I was very attracted to the colourful fillings or you could say I like bright colours plus they are very cute, miniature ice cream sandwiches! I could taste the banana for the most part, but when you get to the pink section, you will taste a faint strawberry. The coconut ice cream is creamy and delicious while the chocolate wafers are soft to eat. It can be a bit messy when you hold a sandwich with your bare hands (hehe!) due to the chocolate wafers. I often do have chocolate smudges around my mouth without even noticing!

Cookies n’ Cream is a Almond Milk Dairy-Free Frozen Dessert. When I opened the pint, it already looked like a vegan Oreo-style ice cream! I am a massive fan of Oreos! If you are a fan of almonds or almond milk, I would recommend trying So Delicious’ almond milk ice cream collection. I could taste the yummy chocolate cookies. As a side note, let the Cookies n’ Cream almond ice cream sit a bit longer before scooping, because it is hard to scoop it out. I’m not sure if almond milk ice cream tends to be difficult to scoop out. But the coconut milk ice creams are pretty easy to scoop.
