Banana-Date Sugar Cookie with Dark Chocolate Button

We made some yummy Vegan Banana-Date Sugar Cookie with Dark Chocolate Button using Bob's Red Mill Date Sugar. Their date sugar is made from dehydrated, ground dates and oat flour, and is used as brown sugar. They turned out fantastic. Sorry for the silly blurry photo.
