Mexico City: Leche De Soya Chocolate
I would like to share my favourite beverage in Mexico City. It is a homemade and organic chocolate soy milk, made from 100% organic cacao beans. It costs 28 pesos (~$2.20), which was pretty cheap for an organic soy milk. Usually in the U.S., some organic chocolate milk cost so much or too blended.
I bought it at La Condesa’s The Green Corner grocery, which I also wrote an earlier post on.
Ingredients:
soybeans, water, chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, grape seed oil) and kelp
