Last month was Doni’s birthday. His brother and his wife surprised him with three different vegan cupcakes from Piece of Cake Bakery in Portland, Oregon. Massive thanks, N + L! Established in 1978, Piece of Cake Bakery offers a variety of cakes, catering and desserts, including vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free and sugar-free cakes.
Doni isn’t very fond of cupcakes, but he loves them! These vegan cupcakes taste and look insanely good, plus filling! It took the both of us to finish them in 1 day.
How odd that we haven’t been there especially coming from Oregon, but I guess we hardly go to SE Portland area. I’m so happy that we tried them and we look forward to trying more of their vegan desserts.
